تواصل منظمة إبداع شباب للتنمية والسلام تنفيذ دورتها التدريبية “التميز المهني في الخياطة وتصميم الأزياء الاحترافي” لـ 20 مشاركة من النساء والفتيات الأكثر ضعفاً في مديرية صالة، ضمن أنشطة مشروع “نساء الغد”، بتمويل من الاتحاد الأوروبي 🇪🇺، وبالشراكة مع منظمة ZOA، وبإشراف منظمة صناع النهضة.

ونظراً لاحتياج مديرية صالة الشديد وقلة فرص العمل المتاحة، يهدف هذا التدريب بشكل أساسي إلى إكساب المشاركات مهارات حرفية وتقنية متقدمة في فنون الخياطة الحديثة. وسيُتبع هذا التدريب التمكيني بدورة متخصصة في مهارات إدارة الأعمال والتسويق الإلكتروني والصحة والسلامة المهنية. ويسهم هذا البرنامج الشامل في تزويد مديرية صالة بـ 20 مشروعاً صغيراً في مجال الخياطة عبر تسليمهن حقائب أدوات العمل (Starter Kits)، مما يرفد اقتصاد الأسر المستهدفة، ويعزز قدراتهن الإنتاجية، ويضمن خلق فرص عمل مستدامة لتحسين وضعهن المعيشي وتحقيق الاستقلال الاقتصادي.

Due to the critical needs in Sala District and the scarcity of job opportunities, Youth Creativity Organization for Development and Peace (YCO) continues its training course, “Professional Excellence in Sewing and Fashion Design,” targeting 20 female participants from the most vulnerable households in Sala District as part of the “Women of Tomorrow” project. The project is funded by the European Union (EU) 🇪🇺, in partnership with ZOA, and supervised by Nahda Makers Organization (NMO).

This training primarily aims to equip participants with advanced technical and craft skills in modern sewing. Upon completing this core empowerment phase, participants will undergo further training in business management, digital marketing, and occupational health and safety. Ultimately, this program will supply Sala District with 20 new sewing micro-enterprises through the distribution of start-up toolkits—boosting the income of targeted families, empowering women, creating sustainable job opportunities, and driving economic independence.
